Our Cardio Jump is an open level reformer-based class using the jumpboard as the main prop. The jumpboard adds a heightened cardio and coordination element to the class, designed to get you sweating. This low impact, high intensity class will work the whole body with a specific glute and leg focus.

*Notes:
  1. Not recommended for individuals with knee injuries due to the exercise nature of the class, which may exacerbate the condition.
  2. Participants prone to motion sickness are advised to avoid Cardio Jump, as the jumping movements on the reformer may trigger discomfort.
