Learn the foundations of Reformer Pilates in this class as we workout your core and get you strong. Train your full body muscle control, balance, coordination in this beginner-friendly class. You will also get to know the operability of the reformer equipment.

Please attend a minimum of 5 reformer basics classes before joining reformer intermediate.
