Work at shaping the three A's: arms, abs and ass in this class as we help you get that toned body you’ve always wanted. Sculpt your body with exercises that will not only focus on strengthening your stability core muscles, but get your arms, legs and ass burning as well. 

In addition, The Tower classes are more strength-focused: building strength and muscular endurance.
