Our Cardio Jump is an open level reformer-based class using the jumpboard as the main prop. The jumpboard adds a heightened cardio and coordination element to the class, designed to get you sweating. This low impact, high intensity class will work the whole body with a specific glute and leg focus.
*Notes:
- Not recommended for individuals with knee injuries due to the exercise nature of the class, which may exacerbate the condition.
- Participants prone to motion sickness are advised to avoid Cardio Jump, as the jumping movements on the reformer may trigger discomfort.
